Added 20% gratuity on a party of 6.....SIX!!......didn't mention it either so I almost double tipped, unfortunately the service wasn't even 20% worthy (and I am a restaurant worker so I understand more than most) Had to constantly ask for refills, dirty plates left while we were served dessert....and what is a convenience fee? Automatically added before we paid...the food was good but I won't be back.
We used to frequent this establishment several times a month BEFORE it was sold. Price increases have now made this restaurant a once or twice a year stop, at the most! Under the old management, you couldn't get in the place on a Friday or Saturday, not a problem anymore. On top of that, owner is now charging a "convenience fee" for the right to use a credit card which is PETTY. There is an old saying in business, " It's better to make a fast nickel than a slow dime"
