“Excellent food, franchise owners are in house and provided excellent service and were very welcoming.It’s a franchise, but not the same as other locations, as the owner’s personalities definitely show through in a good way.If you don’t give this place a try, you’re definitely missing out!“

“Had a blast with my family for my daughter's 9th birthday dinner. It wasn't as busy as expected. The server was kind and attentive. Alone, servicing a party of 8 or 9. They don't have a birthday song. They will make an announcement ( however, the mic was broken this particular evening. ) They will give you an option of dessert to enjoy for your celebration.“

“Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants and we’ve always had great service and great food. So, we were very surprised last Saturday when the food was not good. Three of us ordered medium rare steaks and they all came out dry and not even pink. The burger was way over cooked. One plate had 4 sprigs of asparagus that were not even the width of a blade of grass. That should never have been plated.Our server was fantastic and highly embarrassed. She also indicated that people had been unhappy with the food all night. Somehow the kitchen just fell apart that night.The manager was on top of the issues and took care of us, which we really appreciated.We will definitely be back as one bad night doesn’t overshadow all the great meals we’ve had.One additional comment, there were no choices for the vegetarian in our party. She ended up with 2 sides due to no dinners available for her.“

“I don't like seafood...at all..my wife does....so we go to red lobster since sometimes you just have to make sacrifices for those you love..the greeter was very personable an interacted with us. Our waiter was Noah, whom was beyond amazing..amazing enough to listen to my tale of when I decided to not want to enjoy seafood and looked truly intrigued..one day we may both make alot of money and start a group (neither of us are there yet). He may make some questionable life choices like the amount of cheese or sour cream he'd personally put on a baked potato but his honesty of menu choices is what made this visit one to write about! Employees like Noah make people come back..food was good too!“

“This place has the best Butter Chicken I have ever had! We had their buffet which has plenty of options to include vegetarian as well. The service made me feel like I was in Italy again with their friendliness and hospitality. This is a must if you are even close, we drove 45 minutes. “Stopped in on a whim and, coming from west coast and Arizona, was not hopeful (Mexican food in Ohio has always disappointed). Ordered a taco. You can tell a lot from a simple taco. Thought I was hallucinating or had entered another dimension. One of the best I've ever had. Amazing balance and flavor. I asked staff where they had moved to Ohio from. Turns out it's Tucson and they get certain ingredients shipped from there. This restaurant is heaven in Ohio!“

“The atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing. The appetizers including the lamp lollipops and the calamari were excellent. Hot crisp and delicious. I have had the spicy penne and the lobster pasta. Both were superb. Hot, fresh, and with so much lobster and flavor that I will definitely go again.“

“Finding a good lasagna is hard. These guys nail it! When we are out in the area it's our favorite place to go for Italian food. They have always taken great care of us even the time we looked like ragamuffins and probably should have just done drive thru. They are worth giving a try.“
