“The food was delicious. I had crispy pork, barbecued pork belly and a piece of Adobo chicken. My husband had the pork blood stew which was delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful explaining the food and offered a taste of each item so we could decide what we wanted. The service was stellar they were so great. We will definitely be going back.“

“Drove 30 min to get there then 30 min in line Started my order with 2 large Mac and cheese was told they were out of it ! So I said thank you and left! How can you be out of Mac and cheese at 5:30 on a Saturday night!!!“

“I am happier with KFC than most fast food restaurants. They offer bone in chicken (which "grown ups" still like, unlike all these chicken places that only serve kid's finger food). And they have had their 8 PC bone in chicken only for $10, which is a good deal for multiple months now. Now they have 8 spicy wings for $4.99, which is an awesome deal in today's climate. My problem, shown in the picture, is when I ordered a regular price side. I ordered 24 wings for $14.97 (once again great deal). Then decided to order an individual fry for $3.19.. Saving so much on the wings I figured no problem paying this price. Then I received the amount below. Maybe 20 cents worth of fries. Now that we're trying to pay "all" workers a living wage, this is unacceptable. The employee that filled this order really thought this was a proper portion for the money? Sorry, now that you are paid big boy wages this should not be the case. It might seem I am overreacting but this is not an isolated incident at fast food restaurants. It just disappointed me since I have a favorable opinion of KFC. So, manager at this KFC (who won't see this anyway), try to instill some sense of pride in your workers that they are doing the best that they can and try to give value when you can to your loyal customers. This might sound laughable today but I say it in all seriousness. Still giving it 4 stars for order readiness, taste of food, and great deal on wings.“

“Stopped in on 3/16 to pick up supper for my husband and his mother (who is in a nursing home). Could not figure out exactly what to order since she is a very light eater. The General Manager was at the register and helped me with my order. He was extremely kind, patient and picked out just the right amount of food for both my husband and his mom. This may seem trivial to some, but I was completely impressed with the attention, time and helpfulness he gave me. Top notch service. Food was awesome. We will always return to this KFC. You do the Colonel proud. Thank you!!!“

“Been going there for years usually have good chicken and sides dishes normally don't have a problem but the last few times I was there the staff obviously doesn't know the difference between white meat chicken and dark meat chicken I've had to go back a few times to get my order right. But they did make it right eventually lol.“
“I got chicken tenders and waffle fries. They were delicious and they warmed up very nice in the microwave . The young lady that took.my order was very courteous, the young man that I paid was very courteous and had a smile on his face , and last but not least the young lady who brought my food out to me was smiling and friendly. The food and the young people who work there have always been a pleasure. I definitely will go back again. Thank you Chick- fil - A.“

“As a transportation worker I'm on the road all day and I've seen great restrooms and absolutely disgusting restrooms. I've never once visited this Massillon location and found the restroom anything but spic and spam. If the bathroom is kept this clean it makes me feel that they must also keep a clean kitchen area!“

“Beyond superb restaurant! The staff goes above and beyond to cater to their customers; and of all the times I’ve visited, not once have I had a bad experience. A young man (Zac, I believe) always takes the to make sure I’m having an enjoyable time at the howlin bird. 10/10“
