Start with the Manager Brad first. I spent 70.00 via online ordering and it screwed up my order. When I called to tell them the manager on shift pretty much told me I was Sol because apparently machines don't glitch or make ANY MISTAKES. Congrats you just lost 6 more customers and probably more at your W.Ridgewood store!!!!
