Caller because it looked like they sent me a Chicago style pizza instead of the Detroit style pizza. The guy that answered the phone was great. Asked if I wanted a discount on the next one or this corrected. I said corrected and thought we were all set. 2 mins later a lady called that wanted know what I wanted when it comes to my pizza because there was not any special instructions. There is a way to speak to people and she does not know how to. To call and politely ask me what was wrong with my order is one thing but to call and instantly have an attitude is wrong. She could of approached the situation completely different. Hey I heard your order was wrong. This is what I see you ordered, what was wrong with your pizza? Not this is what we always do so what do you want? I asked for the regional manager number and she told me to figure it out and call corporate then proceed to hang up on me. I’m sorry but my pizza looks nothing like the picture online, and the “manager” is rude. Get it together.
