The coffee was not fresh. Watered down. They made a new pot which tasted much better. I'm am not a fan of Starbucks. They need to do better.

Prices getting outrageous. $5 for this small of a drink is disrespectful. For that price, I atleast asked for light ice and none of the berries for hopefully some more drink. If you look at these photos and think that is "Light Ice" in a cup that small I am terrified to see your opinions on regular amounts of ice.

Worst starbucks waiting 20 mins for a sand witch and drink they got the order completely wrong and it taste disgusting the staff has no idea what they are doing and they are completely understaffed never coming back to this location it's terrible

Way way slow. No sense of urgency by the hired help, though they seem to have plenty of time to loligag with each other. Why do they think the front of the store is a good spot for storage?

Always have to wait 15 minutes for my drink and food and everyone else behind me gets served first. Everytime I go up to ask and they never know where my order went. Cashier was very rude. She was typing on her computer and I thought she was still putting in our order and she finally goes. I’m waiting on you. She didn’t tell me my total or anything.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Starbucks but they are EXTREMELY slow. Takes a very long time to get your order and most of the time it’s wrong and has to be remade

This store is absolutely filthy. There is toilet paper all over the floor of the restroom and on the floor of the hallway outside the restroom. There are napkins on the floor of the dining room. The counters are wet with milk and water and who knows what else. The bakery case is completely empty because "they haven't had time to fill it yet". It's 10:30am. Disgusting.

Filthy, all garbages overflowing, all the tables dirty/sticky. The 2 employees I dealt with were rude. Parking is set up horribly. Drive thru line blocks anyone from parking and/or getting out, which means all the spots for Starbucks are empty as you can’t get access to them. You need to park in the few that are farther away. Coming out of the drive thru is super sharp and never enough room of any other car is there.Parking: Terrible design! We had a forty six minute wait in drive through at 3pm. It's just bad for being a coffee shop that has been around for decades. Just unacceptable standards, along with trash and stocking boxes in waiting areas. Menu is inaccurate, holiday items still being advertised. Management here appears to be lacking across multiple area. Will never return to this location. Drive through exit dumps back into drive through enterance making it near impossible to exit.

This particular location is frequently out of things - even basic, brewed coffee. They are SLOW (I just put a mobile order in today at 11:40am and it wasn't ready until 12:15pm). The drive-thru line blocks the parking lot and there's no where to go. And they have cardboard boxes stacked from floor to ceiling in their front window - which is an eye sore.They have the most convenient location, but they're consistently the WORST branch I ever go to.

Machines are always broken down. Service is horrible. Doesn’t take 5 mins to make a drink. Customers shouldn’t be waiting forever in line.

The drive thru isn’t designed so well. It loops back on to itself. And when it’s busy, the people waiting in line block the people just served and trying to exit. It’s a silly design. And today I ordered a venti gingerbread. I was taking my first sip and really had to tip the cup before anything came out. I popped the lid off and the drink was about 2” from the top. They really shorted me at this location. And on top of that the drink was just warm. Wasn’t hot at all. I didn’t complain. I just won’t frequent this location ever again
