“Tiger Bakery has been a Toledo favorite for decades. Their kitchen, food prep areas, and the glass serving/display counters were always sparkling clean and always impressive. I still remember the tantalizing smells of all the food. There are plenty of options so you won't have any problem pleasing everyone in your entire family or group. Those glass displays enable everyone to choose what you're in the mood for as you're ordering--very helpful in case people aren't familiar with Middle Eastern & Mediterranean food. In fact, this is a perfect place to get acquainted with foods you haven't tried, or return for your favorite dishes, because the high quality, amazing flavors, and the cleanliness is consistent. The service is fast, the food is fabulous, and you won't leave hungry. I almost forgot--HEALTHY OPTIONS are plentiful here. While there are abundant meat dishes, there are also plenty of rice dishes, vegetable dishes, all so good even people who do eat meat won't miss it. (Now I'm hungry!) I don't think it would bother anyone if I tell one of my Mom, Carol's, secrets: she truly enjoyed working here years ago (mid-1990s-2000s) and was treated so well, she would come home in a good mood.
