“Blue Sushi Sake Grill is a chain restaurant that serves nigiri, sashimi, maki, and other Japanese foods. It also has a full bar. The hostess immediately seated us, but the waitress had a long delay in taking our order, and then she brought out only 3 of the 4 foods that we had ordered. We got the missing fourth entree to be removed from our bill. The crab rangoon, spicy sake maki, and cabo roll contained fresh ingredients and tasted good.“

“Tried on a whim--great location, clean, and reasonably priced for the quality! Staff was friendly and receptive. Sushi was excellent and the takoyaki balls taste like they came straight from Japan--I was left speechless OuO!The fruit teas were also very refreshing. You can even choose a sweetness level. Getting regular wasn't overwhelming at all. Give them a try!“

“The experience was enjoyable overall. The hibachi cook was both skilled and entertaining. The staff was attentive, which was appreciated as we were celebrating a children's birthday. However, we did feel a bit rushed by the server; they brought the to-go containers immediately after the cook finished cleaning the flat top. Despite this, I would still recommend the restaurant.“

“When I went in I ordered the hibachi with noodles and rice. Surprisingly they put both in one portion which was really nice. The owner seems like a hipster guy and was really nice. I recommend using their spicy teriyaki because it is actually good and although it’s not really spicy it does leave a tingle in your mouth as you eat. The portions are huge and I would say it’s decently priced. If you’re looking for quick hibachi this would be it. The only thing I will say is I wish there were more vegetables in my hibachi. When you eat hibachi the rice noodles and vegetables and protein is what it’s all about especially when they use that spicy teriyaki even a picky eater would eat the broccoli because it’s so good. Also lastly the faces on the workers and TJ the owner seemed to be neutral. lol I couldn’t tell if they were mad, sad, or irritated, or happy. I would recommend smiling more just so people can tell or assume that you’re in a good mood. Our meal did not take long to make and it was very flavorful. The yum yum sauce looks like nacho cheese but it tasted good. Maybe in the future get a higher quality yum yum sauce. But besides everything listed, everyone was nice and no one was mean but the atmosphere was difficult to tell at times and I would have liked more vegetables in my hibachi. My husband and I will definitely be coming back and everyone reading this please keep in mind of the false food poisoning claims. Since living here every newer restaurant review on google has had an early claim of food poisoning by someone trying to either just get free stuff or is claiming it was from the last place they ate. It can take up to 24-48 hours for food poisoning to affect you depending on the contaminated food and what type of bacteria it is. With the amount of food people eat in a day it would be difficult to trace where it came from and what caused it. I am not saying the claims are wrong but what I am saying is in this area when new food restaurants open up people seem to always claim food poisoning and then you never hear or see anyone claim it again.“

“Consistently great food and good service keeps my colleagues and I coming back week after week for lunch. The price for lunch is great for the quality of food you get. The lunch bento box is a perfect size for anyone. The sushi lunch comes in two sizes making it a great lunch option as well no matter the appetite.“

“Kat was our server and did an excellent job. In our party, some ordered sushi rolls, hibachi and sashimi. Everything was very tasty. They even brought out some samples of other sushi rolls for us to try. We went during lunch, and there is a nice variety of specials offered. We would eat there again.“

“Overall, a wonderful little place that if you're lucky enough to catch out of the corner of your Eye as you pass and able to stop by, you have found a cool spot. Everyone that visits should be able to find something they enjoy. Perfect little menu not hard to zero in on a familiar item. Good prices, good food, good people. Ocean soup was yummy and I hit it with some of their house made ginger sauce (a must condiment) and it was bangin a Dragon roll also which was good stuff too. Don't forget to get a little eel sauce on the side and their wasabi sauce.“

“I ate here last year while visiting the area, and was excited to find it again on my own. The food is wonderful, the service is excellent, and if you are lucky enough to have them, cook your food in front of you, then you are in for a treat. Believe me, I will eat here again the next time I’m in town.“

“Not gonna lie, I was a bit peeved that I kept saying I wanted a chicken teriyaki and the lady at the register kept saying "spicy chicken teriyaki." I was also a bit extra peeved that when my food was ready and it was a spicy chicken teriyaki! But sometimes life happens for a reason, and destiny steps in. I took a bite of this mixture of chicken carcass glazed with the essence of hellfire sauce. And I came. Literally gooed in my boxers to the point that it could be seen that I was creaming my jeans. I literally had to start my shower with my clothes on because everything from my belt to the tops of my socks was crusted on to me but it was worth every spicy bite! Also, the parking situation here is very good.Parking: It has parking spots“

“We ordered cheese ragoons, which do have imitation crab in them. They were large in size & portion. Their sweet and sour sauce is homemade with a wonderful citrus flavor. The salad dressing was so good being mostly mango flavor, but the salad needed cucumber and carrots or something. It was just romaine lettuce and needed something to help it feel refreshing. We ordered a spicy crab roll. It was very tasty & looked gorgeous. I had chicken teriyaki with veggies and white rice. I could get brown rice, but not fried rice due to portions per our waitress. It was very good! My teenage son had chicken soba noodles. It was also very good! I feel like each food item was priced well and everything was full of flavor. They do not have adult beverages. They have four soda options in a can and several types of tea. They do not offer refills and each can is pricey. My daughter said her water tasted funny. Hopefully, this is something they can work on.Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It is a small place, so it cannot fit a lot of people at once. However, it is very cute and clean. Bathroom is very clean, but no paper towels... which I HATE! Especially for those new mom's out there!Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.“
