Great food and better service, Kaitlyn P was a pleasure, very knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel special, we will definitely ask for her next time we return!
Went there for steaks with a friend...steaks were very poor quality and both of us had stomach issues the next day...if u don’t want to get sick stay home!

Two out of our 3 meals were alright. We arrived for lunch and got onion soup, a prime rib sandwich (very dry) and a blooming burger. However, our fries were forgotten and after a few reminders showed up after the meal was almost finished. Coffee wasn't refilled on time and also forgotten. The third meal was a new item on the menu, we decided to try. It was served overcooked, cold, dried out and served without the garnish and without the sauce advertised. Also, placed on a bare plate where half the meat was burned but cold and a spoon of plain potatoes slapped on the plate. No butter, no gravy no nothing. Completely unappealing, cold and dry. The waitress had placed the check on the table after asking if we required dessert. We had just started to eat... My husband spoke to the manager and he took 10 percent off the bill, the manager agreed he was the chef and had questioned himself when he sent our food out that way., he assured us he was performing in accordance with the proprietor. We were the only table our waitress had and arrived at 11:30. Our waitress' time was spent talking to the host, instead of serving. No thanks Westlake, we won't be back. This is not the superb food and service we're use to at Mentor Outback. Don't bother with the standard comments above. Your killing your business by not serving what is advertised on the menu. In the long run you won't be saving money by trying to squander on garnishes, gravies and sauces advertised.
