My family and I love Jimmy John's we love number #9. The cookies are delicious too. The wait is not that long the staff are really nice. I tell everyone to try you won't be disappointed.

Well by the time our subs had shown up our lunch break was over. We called at 10:45 to order for a noon delivery. Showed up at 20 after 12. I was under the assumption that their slogan was freaky fast. Then when I called the manager I was offered a free bag of chips. Mind you again my lunch was over so that did me no good. I was told I would have a phone call back after the lunch rush and before the day ended. I am still waiting on that call. That was well over a week ago. I will never return here. I am in the construction business and we have jobs all over youngstown. I will be making it known that the customer satisfaction is beyond terrible and will recommend choosing somewhere else to eat.
