We always stop while in town visiting family. This time the roast beef sandwich that we always order was quite skimpy on the meat. We had a salad sandwich with a hint of roast beef and Swiss . Bread was super soft though.Fries were cold and they didn’t offer ketchup . Line was long so I wasn’t waiting for ketchup . Maybe try another local establishment next time.
I grew up on Sandwhich Factory. Its always been a family favorite. That's why I'm so sad to say how disappointed i am in the service i got there today. Being back in town for the holidays, we chose to stop. We called ahead for our order and the girl that took my order was super rude. Her attitude was like i was putting her out by placing an order. Then when we got there to pick it up, the rude attitude continued, as if they were put out. We did not order anything fancy. The food...read full review
