Food/Taste/ - Red Curry (C1) with beef level 1 spice and a Musaman Curry (C4) with pork level 3 spice. First time getting a musaman curry and with it's description of cadamon and cinnamon, we thought it would be a savory curry with some earthy-tones. Ordered tofu Thai fried rice, I asked for spice level 10, they said 5 is the top level. I asked again for 10 and the waitress said she would ask the chef. It wasn't terribly spicy but it was VERY good.
