When I complained about how awful and sloppy this looked, they responded that the problem was communication between “(order taker), you and our decorator”. I was referring to the poorly free handed symbols. They were correct, just done poorly. Nothing in advertisements or reviews looked this amateur. At no point did the decorator contact me about a problem with what the order taker and I had discussed. I was embarrassed to serve this cake at a close family member’s going away party. I will not be doing business when them in the future."
