If you like craft beer and good food and are ever in Allentown, you HAVE to try Bru Daddy's. We were in town last night for the Jordan Davis concert and decided to check out Bru Daddy's for dinner and drinks before. Best decision! The beer is delicious, the servers are friendly, and the food is amazing! We got the loaded fries as an appetizer and then an Iron Pig pizza and a La Margherita pizza to split. The fries were amazing - The plate was full, there was so much ranch and so many toppings! Now the pizza, it stole the show, especially the Iron Pig. The bbq sauce was so delicious (I'm still thinking about it). There were plenty of toppings on both. The crust was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It was the best wood fired pizza we have ever eaten! We cannot wait to make another trip to Allentown and Bru Daddy's will DEFINITELY be one of our first stops!
