I stopped for a iced coffee. A large with French vanilla swirl 2 cream 1 sugar... it was really busy at this time which was about 315ish. I got to the window and first was given the wrong drink so I simply said this isn't mind the girl snatched it from me and said ugh fine I will change it a manager then came around the corner and said here is the right drink. Which when she handed it to me she handed it to me so roughly that it spilled all over my hand when I asked for a napkin she said have a good day and walked away. My first and last time ever stopping.

The might be the worst Dunkin for specialty drinks. They out within days of promotions and blame the “warehouse”. How about understanding your market? Since the non-walk up was built it has been awful at prepping for any any annual promotions. I would skip and drive past to New Castle or Aliquippa.

If you like your coffee with a side of attitude. They NEVER disappoint. ?? they will ask you to explain your self 6x and get frustrated with you when the 6th time you’re irritated. Meanwhile you’re reading a drink off the Dublin website. The coffee never disappoints. but neither will the tude. $2.75 for a shot of milk after they ruin your coffee because dunkin is never consistent. Buyer beware ?

This location has been open for what, 2-3 years and they still can't get it together? Everytime I go here, they have items listed on the menu but they are not available and when I do order something that they have in stock, it's made wrong and taste awful. I will drink rain water out of a puddle before I ever return to this location.

Horrible drive thru design for trucks. Easy for traffic to back up on road. Building was forced onto property and clearly wasn't planned out well.

A lot of traffic and not much space for it. Was given stale munchkin donuts, and without a doubt the worst coffee I've ever had. My sister and I both got an iced coffee with Irish cream flavoring. We think they may have given us something spoiled as our coffee smelled and tasted terrible. Our drive home smelled like feet, we thought it was something outside because of rain but now we believe it was the coffee. We took one sip and dumped them, completely wasted money. Probably won't come back, but the one good thing was we received everything we ordered.
