First time visiting and the menu was a bit overwhelming. No one bother to explain how things work. Finally placed order and waited 15-20 minutes to get my food. I ordered hot sandwich and main course salad. When I got home only to find out they only gave me the sandwich. It turns out I have to pickup salad from salad counters. I came here randomly just to take a peek on a Saturday and it was busy and everyone was happy, customers and employees.
