still the best food I've had. the Italian hoagies are still the same from when I was a kid and the homemade hoagie dressing is the best ever. I'd buy a gallon of it it if it was in stores , and every hoagie I get I compare to these. bottom line well worth the wait to get when I'm in town

Bought 1/2 Meatball & 1/2 Italian hoagies. Both were burnt on top and meatball completely on the side and half side of meatballs. Sauce was skimpy. I called accepted a credit not a refund because this was our 1st time ordering and want to try again. The employee apologized and very nice.

I drove past the Red Onion and decided to try out their pepperoni pizza was excellent, reminiscent of my favorite pizza shop which unfortunately closed down outside Philly. The cheese and sauce were tasty, the crust perfect. it seems the next step will be to try the philly steak and burger.

We were fans of Red Onion prior to the new management. We ordered tonight for the first time under the new management.Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage on one half and “cappicola” on the other half WITH extra sauce on the entire pizza.We got ham on the one half with very little sauce on the entire pizza. Is sauce really that much of an extra expense that can’t be accommodated? Especially when you offer it on your online platform as a choice? And, if you’re going to charge extra for cappicola, you should serve cappicola.

Been while since I have eaten here. Thought with new management it would be good. Philly chicken hoagie had literally no flavor. The fried zuchinni was terrible. Grease all over it. Only got 3 small bits. Not worth the money. Wish I could get my money back frankly. Felt like a waste.
The food is good, but order delivery, unless you premeditate your hunger needs 3+ hours in advance.

We have ordered from here for many years, and always enjoyed the food, but the way it is being run recently is not conducive to favorable ratings. Reasons....15-20 minutes or longer to get someone to answer the phone to order, orders promised within an hour taking much longer. The food is still great, but the service has some major room for improvement. I hope they are able to make this my favorite place to order from again
