“Best small veggie pizza plus in Montgomery County“

“I stopped in to grab a slice of pizza for my 6 yr old after a soccer game and realized I forgot my wallet and the apple cash wasn’t working for me! I apologized and went to leave and they gave my son the slice of pizza anyway ❤️ He declared it one of the best slices he ever had and it smelled delicious too. Thanks for your kindness, next time we are in the area we will be back!“

“I went for takeout for a quick lunch and was so impressed. I had their daily special cold sandwich which had mozzarella and mortadella with balsamic and a chocolate custard which was amazing. I showed up in the middle of lunch rush and didn’t have to wait long at all. Will definitely keep them in mind for sandwiches.“

“I’ve never heard of a tomato pie until today, but now I feel like I’ve been missing out the last 30 years!I’m in Maryland, but my husband brought home a tomato pie today from a co-worker that lives near corropolese. As someone who always loves extra sauce and minimal cheese, this was amazing. Better than pizza! I immediately looked up Corropolese on Google and can see by all of the good reviews that I’m not the only one who thinks so. Seems like I need to make the 1.5 hour trip for a visit to the actual shop. (:“

“The food is fresh and delicious! We’ve in a few times and our servers have always been great too. The decor is gorgeous. A few times they have donated their amazing food to the teachers at my kids’ school for teacher appreciation luncheon. This is one of my favorite restaurants!!“

“Polite and professional staff. A great menu selection. When reserving a table, make sure you select a specific section of the restaurant. Nice portions for the entrees. Make sure you leave room for desert.On Sunday nights, they have a red sauce Sunday where menu items on the daily menu that usually do not have red sauce are served with red sauce. “Dinner, Saturday night. Begin with saying I think this is an excellent, authentic, under the radar classic Italian restaurant with a menu of the standard, classic dishes one would want without any unfamiliar or experimental flourishes. I had pasta puttanesca and honestly feel it's the best puttanesca I've ever had -- large caper berries, anchovies you couldn't see but definitely taste, rich tomato sauce -- really good. Wife had the veal milanese and, again, cooked to perfection, not breaded too heavily, fresh arugula. Calamari appetizer not overbreaded, nor overfried, nice mildly spicy sauce. The bread they serve with the meal -- an important, often overlooked item -- was high quality with thick crust, served with quality olive oil and canellini beans. The one miss of the entire meal was an appetizer they're supposedly known for -- Artichokes Core de Roma. Unfortunately, we found this tasteless. Literally without taste. With that one exception, we found everything about this restaurant high quality and will return.“

We also love the Nonna’s pie - square, but thinner crusted than a Sicilian pie with a excellent cheese blend and just a bit of heat/spice. “I have been craving their deep dish pizza for a while and finally worked out. Ordered the Detroit Deep dish pepperoni, simply awesome! I picked it up and I arrived a little before it was ready so the guy kindly offered me a soda while waiting as well as bringing it over my car once it was ready since it was cold and rainy. It was so worth it, it was sooo good!“

“As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“

“My son had the tagliatelle with Ragu and spinach with the large amount of lamb in the picture I'm not sure what my wife had but it had the wine bottle in the background and it tasted delicious I had the soup and the Easter Roman pie, which was delicious. My son loved the cannoli. This was there sixth time here, my son's eighth time, and my second time.“

“Really kind staff and yummy breakfast! We've ordered delivery a few times for breakfast because I saw that they offer gluten-free options. Gluten free is not listed on the delivery app menus but I took a chance ordering pancakes and adding a note requesting gluten free. I figured if they sent regular pancakes my husband could just eat them. Not only was it not an issue, but they clearly labeled the food for us as well. I've ordered gluten free pancakes and Belgian waffles with no problem and it has been really nice as a treat once in a while, esp. since most places in our area don't offer gluten free versions. I thought they had gluten free muffins as well and ordered them, opting to just refund if they didn't have them. Instead of refunding the gluten free muffins or just sending regular muffins in their place, they sent a free order of gluten free chocolate chip pancakes with a note on the box. It was so nice of them, and completely unnecessary! Having to adjust to a gluten free diet is a big, inconvenient chore and often disappointing as you realize your options for treats have been seriously limited. Every meal kind of becomes a drag. It's really nice to have a local place that can accommodate this need! I realize that ordering these kinds of foods pretty much guarantees cross contamination because we can't expect kitchens to have totally separate areas and tools just for some orders--but it's a choice I make once in a while and I'm lucky not to be a person with severe/immediate reactions to exposure. I've never felt sick after eating breakfast from Valentino's and it's not an everyday treat but I'm super grateful to have it as an option!!!“

“This was our first time here. What a wonderful experience with the servers being so professional and kind. Even had someone come and say Thank You for dining with us. It was more than just a casual gesture. Felt very authentic. Food was wonderful! So so so fresh was the feeling and quality food! It’s always worth spending a bit more when the quality shows it. Didn’t take any photos of the food, but it was very colorful and well presented. We had a variety of appetizers: Bruschetta, Cesar Salad as well as Artichoke Hearts. My friends had a soup and a steak. They loved it. My wife and I shared a pasta primavera. So so full of fresh veggies! Didn’t feel like a sacrifice to be vegetarian at all. I also appreciated the bread with butter and cheese that was served. Highly recommend!“

“My Mom and I came here for the first time last night. Well lived in Ardmore all our life and never been to this restaurant. We will definitely be back. We ordered the special which was Gnochi with sausage and meatballs. It was delicious. The server was really nice and the atmosphere was nice as well. I read where the owners are from the same town in Italy as my grandparents so I knew the food would be fantastic & it did not disappoint.
