Haven't been to this location in over 8 years. That said, we're glad we stopped in. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food was very good. My husband had the cheeseburger and I had the chicken sandwich that had slaw and pickles on it (yummy!). Great place to watch Pirate Opener.

BWW tends to get a bad name for one reason or another. It's like the lottery, you never know when your gonna win. At this location and experience this time, it was great. Brooke our server was friendly, attentive and quick on her feet. The food was great! Perfect proportions and came out hott and flavorful. I asked to alter one thing on my Bird Dawgs and she did it without hassle and simply. The manager on duty (didn't catch his name) table touched and made sure our experience was a good one and even gave us coupons to come back to try their new burgers. The restaurant was clean and active. Seemed to be no lazy staff here. It's a sports bar so it was lively with people of all ages enjoying themselves.

You would think that frying wings would be easy, but some places still mess it up. These ones were cooked all the way through and I didn't even have to ask for them to be Extra Crispy. They were pretty big too which is nice. The Crispy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap was good too. The french fires were amazing! They were almost shoe strig fries, but better. They even tasted a little bit like McDonald's fries. They seasoned them too!The Service here was probably the highlight. Plenty of employees were there working. Our server Courtny took great care of us. I watched them pull 3 tables out from their booths to wipe them down and vacuum them out after their parties left. They were only vacuuming for a little bit too, it wasn't like they were trying to close for the night and were rushing us out which I've had happen before. I also saw the manager greeting a few tables and making sure everything was going well. There were even refilling drinks for guests and brining them more napkins.The Atmosphere was about what you'd expect, lots of TVs, kind of dark overall but bright over the tables and clean. There was music playing on the jukebox, but it was really hard to hear because it was super quiet. I'd consider turning it up a bit especially since we paid for songs through Touch Tunes.Parking: Plenty of free parking

Every single time I order from this location, they ignore specifications like removing condiments and toppings from burgers. I always make sure to denote to remove all toppings and condiments on online orders and still they have always come with them on. Hope they can improve their training to notice details of the orders they receive.

It's neen a while since I've been here due to poor service and they are ALWAYS forgetting something. Decided to give it a try again. Ordered online. Went in to pick it up. It was pretty much dead maybe 3 tables. Ordered 10 done-in wings 10 boneless and 2 orders of fries... The Wings are actually cold. And they forgot an order of fries As always sucks it's to far of a drive to turn around..

We went on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. Place was pretty empty I Believe there was one other table in our section that had anybody at it. Wings were good. Welcome only was good. Waitress was slow to refill drinks - had to flag down another waiter. Plates from appetizers were never removed during our meal.But service aside I left with a full belly, wings were tasty.
