“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

“Food is always consistently good and they don’t skimp on portions. The drive thru is super fast (how it should be unlike the Wendy’s next to this Taco Bell…) Employees always are always nice as well. I highly recommend this location, management seems to do great as I’ve been going here for years and years and it’s always been good!!!They also are very accurate with orders, they rarely ever mess things up, at least in my experience.“

“Excellent service and fresh, tasty burgers! I stopped here to avoid the turnpike food options. Ordering at the kiosk was super easy and intuitive, drinks were offered straight away and then the food was brought to our table shortly thereafter. Everything was fresh - burgers were juicy, cheese perfectly melted, the fries were hot and crispy. All of the restaurant staff are professional, friendly, and helpful and deserve to be recognized for their dedication to their craft.“

“I cannot beleave how rude customers are. This lady was infront of me she was trying to use fake coupons. Like come on lady. No one wants to Waite for you to try and get free food. Food is always hot. There always short staffed but they seem to work hard and make the best out of it.“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“Delicious food. The workers English wasn’t the best but that didn’t bother me at all. The ended up giving us more food than we asked for and all was very good. The atmosphere was a little chaotic but I didn’t mind that at all either. I appreciated their differences from chick fil an and honestly they are both really good. Great place for a hearty good lunch for sure!“

“The owner is the only one working , and he is so pleasantly nice and the passion he has for his food is truly inspiring. I got a build your own potato with sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers with gravy , sour cream and scallions, my boyfriend got the chicken fajita baked potato! As a chef I’d eat here again and again! Food is 10/10 and so worth the money spent! I’d like to say it’s always so nice to get great food and the person serving it has a smile on their face!“

“My third time visiting the Cranberry location, and again it didn't disappoint. It's still unfortunate that the Ross Park Mall location closed making this the closest, and after biking on a warm February day I was in the mood to undo my progress with a burger and fries. I showed up around 5pm after placing a mobile order, but was worried since it took me a bit to get there due to traffic and distance. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, medium Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake (a classic combination!) so of course I didn't want it to be sitting there at room temp when I arrived.Thankfully they still make a decent amount of it when you get there to ensure freshness! As soon as I announced I was there for an online order some of the crew prepped the milkshake and put together a new batch of fries while I waited at the pickup table. After a few minutes I had everything and sat down, noticing how clean and organized the restaurant was. This isn't your typical McDonald's with sticky floors and debris everywhere. All seats were pushed in, the floor and table tops were clear of messes, and a young worker spent most of the time I was there going around emptying trash cans and tidying up. Most fast food joints neglect that due to having everyone hurriedly filling orders at the drive through and being understaffed. A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time.I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from! Plus all the signs around the restaurant touting news articles mentioning the popularity of Five Guys. It all just stands out from the drab gray appearances of remodeled modern fast food places. I'd say my only gripes were the cost, it does tend to be notably higher here than the competition. And me always forgetting to order the small fries, you get plenty with that and half of them overflow the cup and are in the bag, haha!“
