“Amazing quality pizza. Very thick slices with a great amount of cheese and tons of crispy pepperoni. One of the best Sicilian's I've eaten. Got a large and had plenty of leftovers which were great reheated in the air fryer. Highly recommend. Only downside is there's only 3-4 parking spaces right off a main road so it's hard to back out during peak rush times (4-6).“

“I was so delighted to try the buffalo chicken pizza for the first time!! I picked it up on the way home, about 35 minutes in a storm warning away, and I was not disappointed. The crust has a fluffy sweetness to it. Just enough to counter the Buffalo kick! I also got a piece of fried chicken. It was incredible. Fell off the bone and so flavorful! It isn’t exactly on the way, but I will for sure return!“

“I have been to this restaurant with family and friends at least a dozen times. This is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Totally authentic with the best ingredients. It is seasoned to perfection and everything tastes delicious. My family and friends have all been very impressed as well. He shared his families beginnings, starting with his Nana’s exceptional recipes. They use quality ingredients… then they add pure love, respect and consistency in the food that they put forth daily. Great people, great story and great pizza. The dough was light and crispy, a perfect mix so the toppings can shine! Cash only. A definite must if you’re in Verona!“

“my boyfriend and i tried pelegrino’s after we got sent a menu from them in the mail. we each got a pizza, and the cost was INCREDIBLY lower than the other pizza places we’ve ordered from. they deliver as well, which is nice. what i also appreciate about pelegrino’s is the option for online ordering, which allows me to pay & tip so i don’t have to fumble whenever the delivery comes. it takes some time, but it’s always worth the wait; we’ve never been disappointed!! this is our go to pizza spot!!“

“We have been going to Piccolo Forno for years. It is my favorite restaurant. The staff is outstanding. The food is creative and menu items are changed regularly to make use of seasonal ingredients. There are so many delicious choices on the menu that it is difficult to decide what to order. The food is reasonably priced and the corkage fee is less than most restaurants. This restaurant is a gem for anyone who loves delicious Italian food!“

“My husband and I are on a pizza tasting of Pittsburgh and Beto's was next on our list. When you walk in, go straight to the counter and place your order. We got four pieces, one with toppings, and a large fountain drink, and it was under $13.00!!! The area to eat is super cute, and the food comes out super fast. The food comes out in a to go box with plastic plates. The cheese is not just extra it is a mound!!! The sauce was great and the size of the piece was so unique. The pizza was not thin or thick and was crispy!“

“GREAT CIDERS, PIZZAS, and VIBES! Tried Threadbare Coder House for the first time last night - I am REALLY late to this party - and it was fantastic! First off, if you're a toddler mom like me, you know a night out with the kids can be more stressful than fun. Threadbare was totally kid friendly and has an amazing corner with giant light bright boards and magnatiles for the kids to play! It was amazing and the most relaxed my husband and I have been out in a long time! Like it was so nice that even if the service and food hadn't been good I would have returned for that feature alone- thank goodness that wasn't the case! We ordered two pizzas - the buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch. Both pizzas were sooo good! We especially loved the buffalo chicken! The chicken is a slow cooked braised cider chicken that is so flavorful. The ranch on both pizzas is homemade and herby, and the dough is a homemade sourdough crust which was perfectly crisp and thin. Very well executed. Service was fantastic! We felt very well taken care of, we were given the cookie for the kids on the house and the food and drinks were out quickly. Our favorite cider was probably the tiki which is a seasonal recipe and has a hint of coconut. It was delicious. We also really liked the imperial cherry and guava flavors. The bridge city bubbly was nice but sweet lovers beware - it's very dry. Overall we loved our visit to Threadbare and will be back soon! Our only regret is that we didn't know about it sooner!“
