Had a great experience at Chuck E Cheese recently. My kids love the pizza, the music, dancing, and the games! The young man at the front desk, Mason, was very kind and helpful! He made sure none of the kids left without us or with a stranger and carried on a conversation with us like a professional kind man. Thank you!
After them removing tickets in only having them on the card the system fails multiple times plus you would have to play there for 4 days to get a prize that's worth being there they are so chintzy when it comes to prizes for children. And the kids are always disappointed and crying.

It's simple, but the kids really love it every time. The staff is also incredibly nice and helpful. The games all work well and the prices are good. When we've eaten there the food has been good. It's not amazing, but definitely good.
