“For the second year in a row, we hosted our family reunion dinner for 30 people in the China Wok's lovely event room on a Saturday evening. Everything was perfect due to owner Lin's attention to detail. She met in advance with me to plan the menu, taking into consideration our budget, dietary preferences, and the mixed age group of 2 months to 97 years. The decor was pretty, the servers were pleasant and helpful, our guests loved the food! The platters came out looking as visually pleasing as they were tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for Lin! We are grateful to the China Wok for the special time we shared with our family there.“

I had two of the crab cakes a while ago and I remember enjoying them. I definitely plan on getting more of their items in the future. “This was an interesting find in the Huntingdon Valley area. My chicken rollatini was delicious along with the side vegetables. Unfortunately, my husband's strip steak was not very tender. We wouldn't recommend ordering that. The tiramisu was delicious. It was a very nice atmosphere and even though it was filled with people we could still talk at our table. The service could have been better. We waited longer than we wished for the waiter to come take our order, and to ask about dessert. We may try again when it's less crowded and try something else on the menu.“

“Bacio Kitchen & Catering was a great venue for hosting an on-site dinner party! The price was reasonable for renting the space for 3+ hours. Chef/owner Robert was accommodating and met all our needs. The pub dinner served buffet style was very good-our guests loved it! We brought adult beverages, which were chilled beforehand and served to our guests. I would highly recommend Bacio’s!!“

But, the $12 salad was undersized for the price as compared to other restaurants, along with a $10 dessert, and the $4.25 plain coffee is definitely overpriced. Entrees are a bit pricey but in line with other restaurants and the inflation imposed on everyone. Drinks are in line with the pricey cocktails at most places now. Our entrees were very good.“

“I've bought fish here several times and it's always good, but today I actually ate their prepared food and a couple oysters. The food we got was great. We got clam strips, the fried shrimp platter, the stuffed blackened salmon platter and 6 oysters. Everything was very good. I would definitely recommend it to scratch that seafood craving itch.“
