Great experience at Topgolf today. Had excellent service from John our waitor The location was clean, food was good, and it was a lot of fun. Will definitely be back!

Not a good experience on Sunday 4/21. This place doesn’t have enough staff - staff on duty were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor to provide service. The tables are entirely too close to each other - we won’t go back until some of the service issues are corrected.

Nice casual atmosphere. Game are interesting and take a little to figure out. Food and service was good. Ordered mostly apps. Recommend the hummus dip and Mac bites.

Came on a Sunday at 1130, waited 5 minutes for a bay to be cleaned. After that our waitress Mikyla met us right away and took drinks and food order because we were ready. I am talking like 2 mins after getting to table, which is amazing. For came out very quickly and we had a great experience. I wish everyone could have our experience and will ask to be in Mikylas section again if possible!

First time going. This was for my son who just turned 18. He was able to share this golf experience with a few of his friends. We were up on the 3rd floor. Our waiter was Justin who did an excellent job. The food was delicious and the service was AAA (Thank ? you Justin).

Called customer service prior, they were helpful with booking questions. Our server day of was great. He immediately was on a spill & got the drink remade since the friend just got it but accidentally knocked it over. Somebody lost a club & they humorously retrieved it. All in all a good experience.Bartender to bartender: The 2 bartenders however were completely inattentive. We attempted to order from them while we waited. It was yesterday (a Sunday at 1:30pm) they weren’t slammed in the slightest just prioritized talking to each other despite us making direct eye contact with drink menus open. They never said anything to us, no eye contact, no hey I’ll be right with you. So after waiting & being ignored I said never mind we’ll order at the booth. The server earned the tip. Most of my service rating is because of the rest of the staff. Bartenders customer service needs improvement.

My wife and I share a birthday and thought a night of Top Golf would be a good date. The golf itself was fun - neither of us are golfers, but it was accessible and enjoyable for two golf novices.The food was overpriced and/or downright bad. My katsu sliders were overcooked, dry, and brittle. The $15 plate of 8 nachos was a joke, and the turkey club was just fine, albeit overpriced.Service was pretty slow and not very friendly. Two of the three beers we ordered for our bucket were out of stock.What a disappointment and a waste of a special occasion. If we do come back, we'll eat elsewhere first.

Went on a Monday at 2pm and was able to walk in and get a bay right away, no problem. Went on a Thursday at 2pm and only the middle section and part of the top section was open. Plenty of open bays on the bottom and top. Was turned away… no explanation. Won’t be back.

We decided last minute to take the hour drive to drive some golf balls! The food was good (tots are the best!) The service was great! The manager Austin even came to our group and was talking with us, he was so friendly and checked on us throughout the night to make sure we were good and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time! Overall great night out with friends! Definitely recommend!

My kids want there today being it was their last day of spring break. Had a good time but when it came time for the bill, they were charged $5 for each glass of water. Don’t mind paying the inflated price for the pretzels but $5 for water is ridiculous. They will not be going back anytime soon.

First time there and very disappointed It would have been nicer to have a guide (person) to help with the setup. Wasted almost 20 minutes of our first hour figuring out how to use the system. They tried to charge us twice for our food (they hold a card on file). Reserving online proved senseless. Love the environment but watch out for hidden charges. We heard such good things about the place and would like to go again but really questioning if it’s really worth it!
