“10/10 Highly Recommend! For starters, Danielle was an incredible server. She was friendly and inviting from the moment I walked in. She made amazing suggestions and was very tentative. We had the fried provolone which was phenomenal but I have to say, thier red marinara sauce is to die for. I could just drink it! It's sooooo good! I had the Italian wedding soup was delicious and I'm not really a soup person. I had the Romano for my entire and it was so tasty! The cheesecake.....THE CHEESECAKE!! Chef's kiss. True authentic cheesecake! I am so glad I stopped here on my way home. This place has been added to my list of favorites!“

“Highly recommend! Pizza, Wings, Salads, Hoagies - I've never had anything I disliked. We always get delivery, and the food is always hot when it arrives. Great, friendly, staff! I recently mixed up my order, and they were great at helping me out! Also recommend the Oreo Cheesecake for your sweet tooth!“

“Well The Hood made his way to Monroeville Pa! Stopping at the coal pizza to try it. Well… the food was good had some white pizza and wings with dry rub ( recommended by our server, wings that is). Not a fan of the dry rubs but this wasn’t bad… Th e pizza was burnt on the edges but it’s their style but it was still good. Had spinach artichoke dip and it was great! Got a chopped salad also and it was delicious! Recommend both! So overall food was good. Service- excellent! He kept an eye on us and checked often if needed anything! Atmosphere- nice lots of pics of past people you’ll see when you go. And The Hood recommends you go! “My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“

I've had all thier dishes and everyone of them is delicious and not missing anything. Most of all its the attitude and level of service they meet here. “Brought my husband the wrong soup and none of us were offered refills. The waitress was to bring a pot of coffee and it never showed up. Because the waitress brought the wrong soup she said she would give a take out of the proper soup. That didn't happen either...“

“Saw this place from the road and decided to take a try. I was not disappointed. I had the spicy Italian Stromboli. Everything about the name of it made it sound great and in a definitely delivered on the flavor scale. Crispy and crunchy on the outside. The fillings were fresh, the sauce was extremely good together it added up to satisfying dinner. I will definitely be coming back.“

“From good service to GREAT food. The laies at the counter to the cooks in back, they work hard and are sweet as can be. A lot of fast food places can and will make you sick but Napolis hasn't let me down once in my several times dining there. I absolutely recommend.“
