“Flavors change often. I've come several times and always see something different. I personally love getting the Extreme, which is their version of a DQ blizzard. You can choose what base from any of the available flavors that day and add toppings!! Usually most places do vanilla as the base.Previously, I got an Extreme with a Butter Pecan base mixed with Oreo and cookie dough pieces. That was unusual and tasty, but I also highly recommend adding their new brownie cookie dough bites! That really adds something extra. Last time, I got an Extreme with vanilla ice cream mixed with Oreo, cookie dough, and brownie dough bites. Definitely yummy. Overall, I definitely keep coming back.Also it's cash only! But worth it.“

“Was our first time there Friday night we met friends of ours, and it was a wonderful experience. The service is great the waitress was so nice we didn’t get her name. We had wonderful appetizers our meals were great! We will be back and we keep telling people how good it was!“

“Atmosphere and service were fantastic. The food was hit or miss. I had the black and blue shrimp and the wings. The shrimp were fantastic. I'd easily come back just for those. The wings were huge, juicy and well fried but they lacked seasoning. Once I asked for old bay and hot sauce they were much better.“

“It was easy to order online and pickup in person. I wish there was some type of tracking to know when your food was ready. When you show up for pickup, they show you everything you ordered before they package it. Might sound a little tedious if they’re too busy, but I love it after they caught themselves almost missing my favorite sauce! Pricing is reasonable for great barbecue.“

“Where can I begin… the food was delicious! Friendly service and real conversation. My family and I are from Indiana visiting for the weekend and we wanted to try Grandma B’s. Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! “Went to a show last night and it was amazing! Staff was polite and efficient. Bartender was cute! The intimacy of the theater is very nice since I don't like bigger crowded places. Love love love. The ONLY thing is that if you go into the women's restroom BEWARE OF THE HEAVY DOORS. The stalls have doors made of metal and if you are not careful they will slam and it was really loud LOL“

“Phenomenal restaurant with staff to match the vibe. Everyone here is super friendly, and even the staff that are new seem to hit the mark without jeopardizing customer satisfaction. I would like to mention that I had a large party of 13 people. We did not demand to be seated together (because that would be ridiculous) but did have a specific time we would like to be seated. I had arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff were more than reasonable to accommodate us. The service we received was fast and friendly despite the obviously heavy load on the servers at the time. My table had a newer server, but he was still very skilled and accommodating. I will be returning often. I love this First Watch!“

“As a party of 6 we dined at The Nook on Mother's Day. We were seated shortly after all arriving. The was a 10/10 experience. As stated in the name it is a small location but the ambience is so cool. So cooly decorated. We ordered brunch and had a variety of things from the menu. I ordered the Bbq Pulled Pork Waffle and home fries. This was a really good sandwich and I really liked the home fries. Crunch my and nicely seasoned. I also had the espresso martini. It was very strong but made with very nice espresso. Can't wait to eat here again“

“Very Nice place! Atmosphere was friendly and inviting with Great service! The food was Excellent and delivered quickly and piping hot. Everything our party of four ordered was delicious! The burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. The loaded fries had a remarkable homemade cheese sauce and fresh cooked bacon. The boneless chicken chunks were very fresh with mouth watering sauces of honey barbecue and Tai Sweet Chili. My husband said the Cajun Chicken Mac was the best he has ever had. We live in Ohio and found Nox's on the "googler" after visiting the training camp. We will surely be stopping here everytime we come to town!“

“Alta Via is definitely a favorite place of mine now. Tonight was my third time coming, and our server Eddie was absolutely amazing. He saved our night! (We had a horrible experience at another resturaunt, so we left and came to Alta Via in Market Square!) He was so attentive to our needs and really went above and beyond! Food is always delicious, drinks are amazing and the focaccia bread they bring out is to die for. Highly recommend! And ask for Eddie at the Market Square location!“

“Dad’s Pub & Grub in Monroeville! Was out at Monroeville Mall with a friend and we were looking for some good food and stumbled upon this gem!! Seen it had good reviews and the food looked awesome and the reviews/pics definitely did NOT disappoint. Started out with chicken tenders with a dry rub & ranch for dipping. Then for our meals I got a Cuban & my friend got the mushroom Swiss burger, both with fresh cut fries. The Cuban was amazing!! And one of the biggest I’ve ever had. I really liked the mustard sauce. The fresh cut fries were delicious too. The mushroom Swiss burger was delicious and absolutely giant for the price of $11!!!!! (I believe the Cuban was also $11) And that price INCLUDES the fries. We also split a side of Mac and cheese which was pretty good! Had a nice flavor and the sauce was nice & creamy. I also had a delicious cocktail but can’t remember the name. It had Tanqueray gin, lavender/chamomile infused simple syrup & fresh lemon juice. Deliciousness all around and such good prices!! 5 stars 10/10 highly recommend!!“

If you have a hankering for a Pittsburgh style fish sandwich, this is the place to visit if you pass by.Friendly folks, warm atmosphere, and great beers and outstanding fish sandwiches.Ordered two fish sandwiches three quarters pound of fish on each sandwich(you will not be hungry after eating those of these) and there’s definitely enough left over for a third. Served steaming hot, crisp batter, and tender fish on a fresh hoagie bun. Tartar sauce was very tasty as well - with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and yes a strong dash of hot sauce. Definitely got my fried fish fix (5 out of 5). If were to provide any critique maybe the bun could have been toasted a bit more to hold up to the condiments - however, while a bit challenging to manage eating like a sandwich, entire time I was eating the sandwich I had a big smile on my face. Will be back again for the fish!!! …. And maybe the sample a few other things. “I visited Bar Botanico roughly 1 month ago. I entered the building and almost turned around out the door because it looked crowded. The host politely shouted out "we have room for two" so my partner and I returned back. He let us know he could get our drink order while we waited for a two top table to clear which he assured us would happen soon. My partner has severe peanut, tree nut and shellfish food allergies and the host asked us immediately about our allergies. While my partner got beer (allergy comfort zone), they ensured my drinks were made in a separate shaker and let him know that he could try them if he wanted since they made them separate and left out any allergens. This was a lovely place for someone with allergies and it was really unexpected and wonderful. I will definitely be back. Oh I forgot to add the drinks were delicious, I enjoyed watching the bartenders work. We did not eat here so I can't speak to the food but very happy with everything else we experienced.Dietary restrictions: Very allergy friendly/accommodating.“

“Had appointment at Allegany hospital live 2 hours away from Pittsburgh my son came with me we've heard a lot about this bar and restaurant so we went for turtle soup and fish sandwich sadly to say they didn't have the turtle so we settled for the fish sandwich fresh onion rings there shrimp and my so had the coconut cream pie best pie he ever ate I past on the pie and regretted it But this was the very best fish and shrimp and onion rings that we have ever ate and we diffently recommend this 5 star res and bar to anyone still can't get over it and I have a return Dr's appointment in 2 weeks guess where we will eat can't wait“

“My Wife and I have been to pretty much every high-end Steak restaurant in Pittsburgh and the Vandal consistently has the best Steak we have had. We had the Tomahawk Ribeye for two and it was extremely tender, succulent and tasty. I believe the Vandal's ability to consistently provide the best steak experience is due to the Sous Vide cooking of the steak initially, with a grill or sear before service. And don't forget about perfect twice fried frites! Everything was great as well as great service.“
