“The BEST cream filled doughnuts I have ever had. The filling itself is light and creamy with just the right amount of sweet. The texture of the doughnut was exceptionally well done as well. The peanut butter cream filled doughnut had peanut butter mixed in with the cream filling, the Nutella just has Nutella spread on top. Plenty of variety even in cream filled doughnuts. The flavor of the blueberry fritter was top 2 for a non-apple fritter. Not as heavy and crispy as I like a fritter though.Choosing from 2 cases of minimum 30 doughnut 0 do not recommend.Eating any variety of doughnut they have: 10/10 would recommend going every day for 2 weeks to try them all and enjoy favorites. I want to make another Google account to rate 5stars again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“after long morning of walking, finding Federal Donuts open with some seats open was the welcome sign i needed. the coffee is served hot which was much needed on a a particularly cold winter day. paired that coffee with an old fashioned glazed doughnut. the coffee was standard good coffee, fresh drip coffee is always a win in my book. the doughnut had the right amount of sweetness and softness without being saccharine or mushy. the space is very clean and neat. there’s seatings for groups as well as these old school classroom type seats for solos. the vibe by staff was friendly and welcoming. doughnut + coffee + being off my feet for 15 minutes was just what i needed to recharge for exploring the vastness of Philadelphia.“

“Federal Donuts are multiple steps above. Anything else you may have tried before. They are across between cakes and donuts such that the flavor of the don't you pick is embedded within the dough. While there is flavor glazing on the top, what sets these donuts apart is the fruit and other things that you find inside increasingly intensity of the flavor. Duck Donuts don't even come close the federal doughnuts.“

“Best!!!!! Doughnuts I’ve ever had in the United States. I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the 1st one to try it out (Carrot)and I had to buy 4 more. All the flavors were good but the carrot was my favorite.I love when I get good customer service it makes the whole experience 10x better. The customer here was great!They do have a seating area for you to sit and grab a quick bite or get some work done.“

“We stumbled on this place by accident during a little wander through the city while attending a wedding weekend. It was fantastic. The friendly staff, delicious pastries, and en pointe espresso made this a highlight of our trip (aside from the family celebrations, of course). “First time at this location after being a frequent servicer of their West Philly location. Location: Cute, smaller, but with several seating options for those looking to sign in. Service: No complaints! Coffee station had the fixings plus oat milk for free use. Food: Went with a chocolate pistachio donut that truly did not taste "vegan" at all. Wish there was a stronger pistachio flavor to it but overall a highly satisfactory bite. Would revisit any time I'm back in Philly & eager to try their other rotating flavors and/or non-donut pastries.“

“My husband is a big fan of their Coconut custard doughnuts, it was my first time trying it and it did not disappoint. So fresh and soft. The Nutella doughnut was filled with cream and it wasn't too sweet - making it the perfect companion to the coconut doughnut.“

I had a grilled cheese pesto sandwich, 6 piece hash brown (which was wayyy tastier than I expected), and a chocolate Bavarian creme donut. 10 bucks, perfectly reasonable. “The food is so inexpensive yet delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are always good and the chicken nuggets are amazing. The vanilla filled donuts are a favorite as well, very fresh. They made a mistake on our order once and we went back and they fixed it no problem. Highly recommend, it's a great little shop!“

“I've tried a few other dunkin in the neighborhood on uber eats and the order would be wrong or sandwich not cooked/melted all the way. I finally found this store and saw 5 stars so decided to try them. I was so glad I did. I've ordered quite a few times and it's always right, delicious and fresh! I decided to stop in today and every last staff was friendly and warm. I asked for the manager to let her know I order on uber and coming in just showed me even more why they deserve 5 stars ?.
