TERRIBLE service. The manager Pam is awful and condescending. Reservations don’t mean anything here. Waited more than 40 minutes past our reservation time (and we showed up on time, actually a few min early) and then were offered a terrible table near the host stand where a lot of people were waiting when there were multiple tables open toward the back of the restaurant. Pam very condescendingly explained those were reserved for parties of 4 and because we were a party of 3 we had to sit at this noisy table at the front. But she would see what she could do. Got a table near the back and immediately after we were seated watched a party of 2 who came in after us be seated right away at the “table for 4” I had asked about. I think waiting for 40 minutes should allow you to ask for another open table...guess not. Not responsive in bringing things as they were asked for, had to ask multiple times. Brought the wrong meat order and then had the nerve to tell us they took off the wrong order at the end. Excuse me? If you get the order wrong, it’s sort of a given that we aren’t paying for it. Food is definitely really good and if this were the middle of nowhere, I would say you should definitely go. But it’s not. This is PHILLY! Amazing food everywhere, no need to waste your time at this place that gives certain people preferential treatment/service and others....not so much.
