I was shocked how rude the staff were to me! I came from a 12 hour night shift at Jefferson as a night nurse and if I performed my job the way they treated me this morning, I would have been fired. In order to be heard clearly over the speaker, I had to remove my mask yet kept my distance from any person while doing so. I overheard the person on speaker yell at me “Where’s your mask?!” no sooner before I had a chance to replace my mask on my face. I got to the pay window with no one ready to take my payment. I thought that meant we had to pull to next window. The woman at the second window asked if I paid & I tried to explain. However, she felt the need to yell “Huh” at me & so I tried my best to be heard still without removing my mask in her presence. I then waited and then I got my order. I said on receipt I ordered an iced coffee. Again, she yells a “Huhhhhhhh?! I can’t hear you?! TAKE OFF YOUR MASK!” I said we’re not allowed to. I spoke loud as I could and repeated what I said. Finally got completed order but drove away hurt, frustrated, & frankly disappointed. It has been over 3 years since I’ve gone here but remember how bad the service was back then. The poor interaction with people is still prevalent & a part of me also feels as though I was targeted as an Asian American & felt disrespected in the way they talked to me. By far, I’ve had better service always from Chik-Fil-A! Quality service and respect for people! There needs to be an overhaul in staff training at this branch! Horrible!

I have been calling the phone line to rectify an issue where they completely messed my order up. during this pandemic I just wanted my kiddos to have some type of normalcy and decided to by lunch via the McDonald's app. my order totaled $65.00 as I have a large family only to get home to find I had big bag of fries. not only did i have fries they were a lot of small fries. none of my meal sandwiches were in the bag so my husband and i had to order from somewhere else(more money). I would have been happy with just replacing the meal but i don't know now because of how hard it has been to really get anyone to deal with this. it's a pandemic, $65. is a lot of money. somebody please just give me my money back.
