Really friendly staff. Good food. Clean. Relaxing atmosphere. We liked the variety of the food.We left sooooo full. One of the girls in another group stopped eating and passed the food to her husband cause she was so full ? Would love if there was an option for a mini version of the menuDried soy sauce was something I’ve never heard of. It was the favorite of the night. And always the uni is up there.
There are so many reasons why I've fallen in love with this place, but 2 of the biggest: the people and their respect for the food. Chef Carlos has served us twice now, both unique menus that were so eye opening and brilliant. The menus here are completely and meticulously constructed from scratch each morning before service each night by chef himself. I had the pleasure of enjoying this incredible omakase recently, and it completely blew me away! I loved watching the chefs prepare most of the delectable 29 bites (the hot dishes were prepared in the kitchen), and the customer service by all team members was fantastic. I've had wonderful omakase experiences all over the world, and this was one of the best that I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back.
