“I mean....its a Popeyes. You know what you're getting. And this one is on par with any other one you'll go to in this area. Similar to the Adams Ave location, this one is also in a strip mall with some possibly "off" individuals, but I wouldn't say it's any worse. The thing I don't like about this location however is the lack of space at the counter where you order. The counter is right next to the entrance, so when you come in to order, as you stand off to the side to get your food, you are in the way. People coming in, people going out, people queuing up to order, other people waiting for their orders. Other than that, everything is pretty much par for the course. Yes, there is a walk up window, but I'm not sure how or when that comes into effect; maybe order ahead orders, and they definitely take card, so maybe that other review caught them on a bad technology day or something.“
“Went there on my break, I work out of olney most times, so I was in a rush the service and care I received is far better than any other popeyes I've been to. And the FOOD If this is how the blacked chicken sandwich is supposed to taste I've never had a real one until tonight.“

“The food is good the service is friendly only complain I had was I ordered the 2 classic chicken sandwiches with small fries and drink I had a coupon it was myself and a family member I had came off work stop by on my way home service was good up till the part I had the drinks first which is fine after I paid for the food I had to wait about 5min after my order for the sandwiches which others were made also probably for another order was cool until I seen my order slip next to two of the sandwiches right next to the fries and other employees kept grabbing fries for other people order but not mine too many people behind the counter some kept looking and walking back forth like they had no idea what to do stood there for 10min waiting for fries they literally serve the lady behind me her order number was after mine I had to ask what happened to my order like it was not busy inside the drive through might have been little bit busy but it's ridiculous to wait 10min for fries when there was plenty made up other than that service is good just keep eye on your order slip I can see if they had to make more but that wasn't the case word advice don't have too many employees it was like 4 to 5 people behind the counter like one on register was cool but four others walking behind them and only 2 were dilly dalling as if they ain't know what to do just stand there and ignore the order slip next to the sandwiches you put there and 10mins later finish the order after I asked after you serve the number after mine. Any other time I've gone here service was great it was good but with some minor issues is what it is I do like this location don't have to travel too far to get good food that's a bonus“
“I placed a take-out order for the $5.99 shrimp tackle box and the order was ready for pick-up when I arrived. The order was accurate with my choice of side and sauce, and no issues all around. The taste was up to par and standards of Popeyes. I did see at the store they had other deals that were not available online or on the app, so for those with more time to spare you may be able to get a better deal in store for other options.“
“Decent Popeyes location. On our business trip, we stopped here for some quick lunch to eat. I ordered a 5 piece meal. Everyone else got what they wanted. Chicken was good, biscuits were ok. I was here for something fast to eat. Great people working here. No problems.“
“Worse and most expensive location in the city! I finally got my food after standing inside the restaurant for about 45 minutes. It was because I had a heated conversation with the manager. I was overcharged for an order that the cashier couldn't get right nor understand. It's not the employees' fault. This is a management issue. He tried to make the issue all mine and continue to have me pay for the wrong order at a higher price. After he realized that it was not effective to blame the customer, he eventually had to refund my purchase and ring up the correct order. Finally, I received my food and was able to leave. Customer service is not easy. I've been there, done that. However, when mistakes happen, just try to understand the issue and correct it. In the end, I finally realized that while the food was good this time (I was there long enough for a fresh batch to be up), I had to check myself. Having stupid conversations and waiting for almost an hour to get greasy fried chicken for dinner is crazy. Clearly, I need to reevaluate my choices and my diet!?“

“Wonderful!! The service here my last few times were amazing. First off I came for the new wings after my daughter brought some home. Amazing, Popeyes hit the mark for me with these being added to the menu. “A lot of Popeyes restaurants are poorly maintained, and cleanliness can seem like an afterthought. That’s not the case at the Ridge Ave location. The place has always been very clean and the food is always great. Not everyone is crazy about their chicken sandwiches, but the spicy chicken sandwich from Popeyes is my favorite chicken sandwich right now. “Tried the new strawberry biscuit and got the 6.99 2 pcs box. The strawberry biscuit, it taste better than the regular biscuit but 1 for $1.79 is a bit much. You instantly smell strawberry when you open the lid, glaze on top plays its part. Its served hot/warm and its best to eat it while its hot. Again its ok but not for the price. Chicken box was the usual. Got spicy dark meat, rice and beans and mash..all good. Staff was nice.“

“Service and food being actually cooked unlike other locations is five stars and none this is the best Popeyes around anymore all the other Popeyes roster chicken and you can taste the difference and I hate when you order spicy tenders and they mix in mild because they don’t have spicy. “I really don't go to Popeyes too often but I can say this was the best one I've visited. The staff was genuinely so nice and respectful along with being quick and accurate with orders from the dining room, drive-thru and ones coming in thru Doordash. And on top of all that the restaurant itself appeared very clean and the staff seemed to really like working with each other. This is a great location“
