Such an awesome experience! It was some of the best sushi I have ever eaten, the service was great, the cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere was such a vibe. I can't wait to go back!
The restaurant is very lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, other reviews raved about how engaging the chefs were but our chef didn't speak to us at all except to announce the next piece of sushi. This is fine of course but just not the experience I was expecting based on what everyone else has been saying about this place. The sushi also came out VERY fast. WOW!!! What an absolute gem to find in this neighborhood! The speakeasy vibe of walking through Izakaya to get to the double doors and enter a completely different cool hip hop lounge atmosphere is so different than any restaurant I've been to, I knew right then this would be an experience we wouldn't forget!
