I was a bit hesitant at first with the cold cheese, but it was so good. The dough is excellent, really nice and crispy, awesome sauce, high quality cheese. I got it within 7 minutes of entering piping hot. It may not be the very best pizza I have ever had, it may not be some thing and crispy New York pizza either, but it is an amazing pizza at an amazing price. I will definitely be coming back regularly.
This is one of my very favorite places! The pizza is so unique and sooo good! The cheese is unbaked! The reason it's so good is the cheese, as it is, keeps you from getting that hateful blister on the roof of your mouth or on your tongue while still leaving the pizza hot enough to know it just came out of the oven! My husband and I are on a pizza tasting of Pittsburgh and Beto's was next on our list. When you walk in, go straight to the counter and place your order. We got four pieces, one with toppings, and a large fountain drink, and it was under $13.00!!! The area to eat is super cute, and the food comes out super fast.
