I decided to order from Piada for lunch. I literally ordered my food 30mins in advanced on the app. I went to the restaurant to pick up my food 10mins after the expected pick up time and my food was not even prepared . To make matters worse the store wasn’t busy. I waited in there for about 25mins to get my food. Totally missed my lunch break for work and was not able to sit and enjoy my food. I’m very dissatisfied with the service of this restaurant!
