“On 4/20/24, I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that I never received and the supervisor Steve acted as if he didn't care. People were coming in after me getting their smoothies made. I opted to get a refund. I will never visit this Tropical Smoothie location again. Update 4/22/24, the general manager called me and made the situation right by providing me with 3 free smoothie gift cards. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! 5 stars!“
“Was genuinely surprised at how good this place was. Wife recommended we go there because she loves their smoothies and yeah the chicken caprese sandwich I had was good and I even liked the smoothie a LOT and usually don't care for them. Well done“
