I love the food at this place and think it’s just what we need here in the neighborhood. However when it comes to service…they need to get their act together or they won’t last. Especially since they are right next door to Wawa. I waited 30 minutes for a take-out order of two cold wraps! It was lunchtime but they weren’t that busy. The majority of the customers in there were also waiting for to-go orders. I was in their Huntingdon Valley location two days ago and it took them 5 minutes to make and serve my order! When you run into a place to grab lunch to go on a week day, you don’t have 30 minutes to wait! It also doesn’t help that your kitchen is open so all the people waiting for their food can hear and see the workers laughing and carrying on instead of quickly, and professionally putting together their orders. Such poor customer service! Very disappointing. I hope they take these comments constructively. I would like to see them improve.
