We decided to grab some Chinese from a local spot Chen Garden on mulberry st Dropped 160+ tip… for all the food we ordered… food came… Burnt egg rolls that wasn’t fully stuffed Dried out sweet and sour shrimp.. Lo mein had bad taste… General Taos wasn’t fully cooked. We have ordered from this spot about 20times since they first opened. The next day My niece comes back over to swim and come to find out she got sick from the food she had and broken out in a rash on her face. Any issues we have had in the past they corrected it. This time… didn’t go the same route… I called to let them know that she got sick and about the food quality… the first time I called someone had to call Me back… when they call back they have someone that sounds like a minor on the phone that is trying to translate back and forth between Myself and some male in the background.. The person I am speaking to asks Me for proof… so I say sure I still have the burnt egg rolls and the dried out sweet and sour and the general Tsos… they proceed to tell Me they need proof she got sick… I asked wouldn’t the bad food I still have be proof enough…. And get hung up on….

Terrible customer service. Attempted to call for the status of my order person who answered said the manager will call me back. still no response. Avoid this restaurant at all costs
