Even though I've lived in Aiken a long time now, yesterday was my first Flannigan's experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very professional without being off-putting. The atmosphere was funny everyone was smiling and having a great time. And the ice cream...?...so good.My birthday was a few days ago. I didn't know I needed birthday cake cream in my life.
