Food is good. Service- they need help, they are very under staffed. One guy fixing food & 2 ladies doing the rest. Approximately 30 minutes to get a to go order. Atmosphere is good. Whoever's the manager/ owner they need more help. Workers are doing all they can do.
I'm not sure why this happens to my orders, if its the Doordarsh app that doesn't translate well to the restaurant or its the restaurant itself but this is the second time i order from grouchos for delivery and the orders are always messed up (this experience reminded my why i stopped ordering delivery from them in the first place). I ordered the turkey *Turkey Sandwich which specifies comes with bread, turkey, lettuce and tomato on the item description. I added the mayo on it....read full review

I placed a large carry out order online and it was ready for me when I walked in the door. They helped me carry it to my car and made sure everything was in my order. It was all correct and food tasted great as usual. Love using them for my office lunches.
