The food and service were great.... but when did IHOP stop putting the different flavored syrups on the table??? I was disappointed in that so I won't rate the restaurant bad but corporate needs to correct that
A friend and I were there around 11:00 today. Things were fine until a lot, probably not all, servers suddenly started getting really loud, laughing and yelling back and forth in their area. This went on several times, when our server returned, my friend, said they needed to quiet down back there. Instead of apologizing, maybe not realizing they were so loud, she doubled down, behaved rudely, defending their bad behavior. We weren't the only ones that were upset. Service was kind of shoddy. Didn't get greeted had a disorganized reception staff. Waitress barely came by the table. The cheese sticks are sub par and the sauce taste watered down.
