“pricing structure makes no sense. You can get a small container of chicken salad by itself for $8, or you can get a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a pickle, a cookie and a side of your choice for an extra $1.29. We ate here two days in a row because my mother loved the jalepeno salad. It was delicious but expensive. They sell coke products but the drink station area was absolutely FILTHY at 11am in the morning. It almost took away my appetite.“

“Where do I start! It is 5/5 stars even though it was more like 10/5 it was amazing! The brisket was nice and tender with amazing flavor! Ribs were done to perfection, nice little tug but fall off the bone! Chicken was delicious! Sides executed perfectly, fried okra, potato salad, fries and Cole slaw all done wonderful! Sausage biscuits and gravy were great, there is an extra something that puts it over the top to perfection! The brisket Rueben was awesome. Nachos too!!! Portions were awesome and large. The price point was on par with the food and portions! If you are looking for an awesome BBQ joint this place is for you!!!“
“The service is great. The food is good home cooking. The eggs are made to order. I get mine over easy and you don't know how many places mess that up. NOT here; cooked right every time! They give you lots of food for the price. Under $30 for us! Family owned. I gave 4 stars because the waitresses seem to be preoccupied. Overall this is a hometown place. Spend your money on local businesses. Support our mom and pop shops.“

“Traveling from the north of the Smokies to a place were one can taste the difference between city and country ham and then tell the folks back home, breakfast ain't breakfast without a side of ham. Of course service has a style of its own in the foothills and most notable there is no need to ask for another pour of that coffee. Welcome to Anderson South Carolina.“
