“My husband & I started coming here because it was the middle ground when we were long distance dating! Maki is absolutely amazing & we now live in Greenville & have tried to find our “Greenville Maki” but have had no luck & just continue to come back to Anderson. The staff is incredible & knowledgeable of their menu. During our first visit, our server Ryan was so helpful, kind, & knowledgeable! Gave us all the recommendations, & one of them is now our all time favorite. Nothing beats the Tiger roll! The food is SO good. The miso soup is chef’s kiss & we have never found another miso that can beat it. The sushi is always wonderful & prepared well with beautiful presentation. The drinks are also super good! Overall, we just always have an amazing experience & Maki just means a lot to us!“

“I had a hankering for some sushi, and I stopped in to grab lunch to-go. I waited no longer than 10 minutes, if that, and I was on my way with some delicious food. If you're in to hibachi or sushi, give this place a shot, I think you'll enjoy it.“

“Food was very good, crab salad was delish, cheese angels were the best in town, sushi was also very good. Kids chicken nuggets are VERY similar to McDonald’s.We had the pink lady roll, crazy boy roll & firecracker roll. All were very good.The steak and shrimp hibachi was also very goodService was not so good. Our waitress may have been having an off day. She forgot to put one of our sushi rolls in, forgot the soup that comes with the hibachi… she was also very jittery…“

“A very solid buffet, with a large variety of good food. Is there room for improvement? Of course. Dessert is probably their weakest link, but to be honest, most people don't go to buffets for the desserts. We have been here many times, and we will return many more.“
