“This place was very nice and welcoming I’m not originally from sc however I felt comfortable and wanted the music was diverse the bathrooms are clean and they have karaoke it was nice to watch everyone go up and do their “thing” I wasn’t sure what to expect but I don’t regret going out that now I’ll definitely go again.“

“i went here for a party i wasn’t too sure about the place but it was really good, they have a bar so i got me a frozen strawberry margarita (so good) a rack of ribs i didn’t eat much of and some onion rings i also got cheese curds which were really delicious, my friend had some fried mushrooms, delicious! the fries were also really good too i got a dessert the molten lava cake i am going to eat at a later time! they also add a tip to your check im terrible at making out tips so this was very helpful!“

“The only thing I have a discrepancy about is sometimes the waitresses get too overwhelmed and it gets too packed and people get stacked on top of each other. After using each table, the table should be wiped down and the seats should be wiped down. But they're not always later in the day. It's a little more greasy and dirty. And I'm not really a fan of that. But otherwise, it's a great place. It's a good atmosphere, and they have good food and A. Nice bar.“

“Not quite the typical Mexican you find all over. This place is a little fancier and slightly more expensive. However I would say the little extra is worth it. They provide bean dip free for chips and have a salsa bar available for more options. The food was very good and the service great.“

Sit at the bar, or literally the hundreds of seating options, two tops, 4 tops, picnic style for dozens, indoor, outdoor, pinball tournaments, live music, MASSIVE back area for birthday or other parties…. Kid friendly! Hundreds of open parking spaces. I go about 3-4 times a week, even when “busy” you’ll wait 2 or 3 minutes at most. Food options. “My friend and I first visited this restaurant about a week ago and I’m still mesmerized by this pizza! It was the funky Q chicken and it is to die for. The crust was some of the best crust I’ve had in my life and the service was amazing.“

“My waitress was Corey a slim light skinned guy with dreads. He was rude the whole night. We first entered the restaurant there was hardly nobody there he told us it will be a 15min wait. So we sat down and waited in about 10mins 3 people passed us and went and sat down so I got up and told him then he rudely seated us. As we ordered he was looking at the game on the television and gave us no eye contact. I asked for 2 unsweet teas 1 with no ice I got two sweet teas, I told him that it was sweet an I wanted unsweetened but my husband said that he would keep his sweet tea. So the waitress picked it up and brought me a sweet tea again this time with ice when I asked for no ice. So the second time I decided to just let it sit there because he seemed upset. I placed my order and asked for an extra side of potatoes, he said they come in 3 so I said ok I want it. Then my husband asked do potatoes come with his order and the waiter said “yes do you want to add extra” my husband said “naw I’m good” when the order came I had only 3 potatoes which is what comes with the order, my husband had four potatoes that’s three that come with the order and one extra. I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged both of us for an extra order of potatoes. I told him that I don’t have an extra order in mine, and that my husband didn’t order an extra side but if he did, he should have gotten three potatoes, not one extra . He said “yes he did ask for extra” we both said no he didn’t. and he ran to the back talking loud i can hear him say “bro I swear they ordered extra potatoes. We don’t say anything else. We know what we ordered he was too busy watching the TV while we were ordering . He brought the ticket to the table and told us we can pay up front. He didn’t say thank you, have a good night or nothing he never looked back our way. he never even apologized for bringing me sweet tea both times with ice. We left him a $10 tip although he didn’t deserve a dime but he could have gotten more. I’m just not the type to leave nothing. His attitude was so nasty I will not go there again!“

“I waited a little longer than expected for my food due to a little hiccup in the kitchen but everyone FOH bent over backwards to make it right! My pup and I enjoyed a little more music than planned and loved every minute of it. “Stopped by this location on Easter Sunday, since a lot of the other locations were closed. I had the spicy teriyaki wings, which had a great flavor. I also had the egg rolls, which were amazing. The dipping sauce went very well, with the egg rolls.The customer service was great. The gentleman at the door helped with me getting a menu. The bar tender Gabe was very friendly.Definitely a great spot to pop in to grab drinks, or shoot a game of pool.“

“Love new Brooklyn it was one of the few cool places in Columbia but since moving to their new location and how strict they’ve been on being 21+ for the good shows it’s been very disappointing as someone who loved being able to go to most of the shows at their old location“

“CJs is a 5 pts staple bar. It's a mix of all types of people so it's not the usual college bar even though it's in that area. The food is served until 10 pm and the sandwiches are all delicious. There's pool tables and a great patio area with a view of the fountain. Hands down the best location to sit and enjoy the heart of 5 pts.“

“We always enjoy a great burger here, and they even have gluten free buns! Customer service is fantastic! The wait staff is polite, informative, and give just the right amount of service... and not hovering. Each time we have eaten here, the manager checks in with us to make sure everything is as it should be. Perhaps it was the last time we ate here, I happened to forget an unusual drinking cup. I was totally surprised when today the waitress saw I had a similar one with me and inquired if I might have left one behind. They kept it safe for a few weeks and returned it to me! #10+ for that service!“

“Well me and my wife are getting back into shooting pool but the pool hall we drove 20 min. to was closed so we found this little hole in the wall. I will say this they have some if the best pool tables I've ever played on. Very friendly atmosphere inside. My only quirks were it is very dark in the front and needs a neon sign or lights in the front to brighten it up. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I would definetly go back to this bar to shoot pool and the drinks look appealing as well.“

Only draw back is they never have our mixer (grapefruit juice). If they would provide the mixer, would come more often.“

“First time coming here and I’m beyond impressed. The food is out standing (pub sub and Crinkle fries). Halfway through watching the arsenal fc match on one of there 6 tvs I had to go to the bathroom and was absolutely blown away by how clean and nice it was. It felt as if I was in my own bathroom at my house because it was nearly spotless and made the atmosphere feel absolutely perfect from front to back. Can’t recommend coming here enough and the manager Matt was very friendly and welcoming.“

“Becca retired from being a dental assistant to run this neighborhood bar because she LOVED the local music scene. So they have local music at least twice a month, sometimes weekly, usually Fri. night (sometimes Sat.). Nice bar food and always a friendly staff who will know you by name if you come in twice (A Great place--one of the 2 venues in the Cola. area that supported local music when it died during COVID)“
