Okay sooooo, I don’t even know where to begin about this place! I came here on a trip from Guatemala and was greeted by the kindest host I’ve ever met. A young lady who clearly had he wits about her. It’s almost like the had been doing it fir years although she has not many of those. All in all and lastly, I appreciate her for all she was. Thanks Fig!
Hands down the best food I’ve ever had in Charleston, and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in general. The vibe is more of a local bistro than a stuffy Michelin starred restaurant, but I mean that in a good way. The service is attentive, informative, and warm. The food was approachable and absolutely delicious. I think I’ll try to come here every time I’m in town, if possible. Books up within minutes of when reservations are made available four weeks out.

Had a spectacular lunch at another restaurant and went over the top with dinner at FIG. Arugula salad + ricotta gnocchi with lamb bolognese + desert of strawberry profiteroles with greek yogurt. Off-the-chart meal capped off an unbelievable food day in Charlestown. If I eat another meal this good in this city I may never leave Charlestown. Wow!
