I ordered the Whopper combo (Coke and onion rings) Whopper slopped with mayo no pattie (not the first time) onion rings were cold no Coke, machine was down I will never go back to this location!

After placing two orders for the buy one get one with all whoppers. Was given 2 impossible burgers verses 4 whoppers which is what I ordered with the buy one get one. Was charged, requested to correct and the “manager Sherika Greene” refused to fix in fact tried to charge me again for the other two when in fact I’d already paid. She refused to refund me as well even after I reached out to 911. The employees are GHETTO, rude,disrespectful and clearly aren’t appreciative to have a little piece of a job even with jobs being scarce with the pandemic still rising. Corporate was definitely contacted. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had and I don’t even eat BK. Happen yo be there for a friend, just down right GHETTO! Location should be closed immediately. Bad service and the employees continue to quit because it’s un bearable to work in that environment
