“5 stars, because the food is *chefs kiss” I picked up my to-go order during a lunch rush and when I got home I realized it was not what I had ordered. I called once I realized the mistake and Crystal (manager) was so polite and even asked ME how I wanted it to be handled. I completely understand how hectic it gets and sometimes things get mixed up. No biggie, I was able to go back and get my correct order with Crystals help. She even gave me a cookie. So with that being said…. 5 STARS.“

“I'm here often & they work hard every time. I see them actually working & helping each other. Tonight I waited 10 mins after ordering & then stepped back up to the waiting side counter. 3 different people came up to help me & apologized for the delay. Then when they gave me my food a mere few mins later, they also gave me a free meal card for the wait. Very honorable & great customer service!“

“Enjoyed a nice hot Chicken Potpie on a cool Sunday after church. Very friendly staff with efficient service. I was sad to see the beautiful oak tree on the corner of Hwy 378 and SC Hwy 6 had been cut down. The loss of a live oak tree to enhance the visibility of the KFC was unnecessary. With cell phones and GPS patrons can find KFC without destroying a beautiful live oak. SO SAD and ILLOGICAL act.☹?“

“First time trying Zaxbys since moving down here and I give it a 7.5/10. I got the wings and things meal with the tongue torch sauce as I like spicy things but I was not a fan of the sauce and the toast was kinda blah too. The plain chicken tenders and fries carried the meal and I would definitely get those again.“

“We Always go in to place our order, so can’t attest to how the drive-thru is. But inside, the employees have always been very polite and nice.The food has tasted amazing every time. I order the chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, and Strawberry biscuit each time.They honor the coupons sent in the mail which is a big bonus!Only 4 stars because despite the food tasting wonderful and polite employees, they do have a habit of getting small parts of the orders wrong (regular instead of spicy, charging for a bacon and cheese despite not ordering it)But I’ve truly been impressed by this establishment just due to the huge decline in fast food overall recently.“

“I tried the Zaxby's Zensation Limited Edition Salad. The salad exceeded its name. I didn't have a long wait in the drve through and customer service was excellent.Vegetarian options: I eat to live and have changed my diet to aid in healing and improve my overall health.Dietary restrictions: I'm making better choices to enhance my health and decrease dependency on medications. There are so many foods and herbs that provide natural remedies to healing.“

“Going to Zaxby's on a Saturday night is not for the weak. Besides the wait and being forgotten about once told to move forward in the drive through while my food was still cooking, the food was delish! I am always a fan of their fries and the chicken Philly was so flavorful! Restaurant and outside are always clean.“

“I’ve been in a few times since the restaurant opened and everything has been fantastic! The staff is friendly, everything is clean and service was very good. You can tell that this may be a first job for a couple of the staff but I think they’re doing great! Good for them for not being home in front of a video game.
