Authentic is the word that comes to mind! Just like being in the Caribbean where the locals dine. The restaurant is small as far as seating, however, it appeared that most customers were getting take-out. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful.
This restaurant was my first experience with Caribbean cuisine ! I ordered the ackee and saltfish, jerk seasoned shrimp, and Curried goat. It was a bit more expensive for the portion sizes, but the flavors were nothing like i have ever had before. I enjoyed the food~ Ackee and saltfish was a hearty dish, the shrimp was not too salty, and the Goat was tender and was in a slightly spicy curry sauce.
