You enter the place the aroma was great but there was water and no wet signs. Was taken to table, the young lady had a mask on didn’t speak loud. Took your order ask for hot said didn’t have it but on the menu, place our order. I saw the young lady three times no drinks, no respect to say anything. Once she realized we didn’t have our drinks she states that someone was supposed to bring our drinks. The person came with the drinks but it to another table and the young lady didn’t even tell the person wrong table. We decided to leave the young lady says y’all leaving. Wow !!!! Very disappointed

I ordered and paid for food on their website. It told me a pickup time. I arrived at the location 5 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time. I went in and the lady at the pickup area told me it was too late and the kitchen was closed and my order wasn't made. She said my card would be refunded. We'll, it still hasn't been refunded and that was 2 months ago! I have called several times and every time they say I will be refunded. So no food was ever received and they kept my money!
