“I came here after having dinner upstairs. This is a small but nice little ice cream shop that you see on most beach towns. There were 5 people working behind the counter although it was the middle of winter and tourism had dropped significantly. I ordered a gelato. The guy behind the counter was very nice. They offer cakes, pies, and cookies as well if ice cream isn't your thing. Everything was great!“

“My family and I stopped into this shop and got two milkshakes a fresh made waffle cone and one scoop of the ice cream. Everyone said what they had was very good. I got the lemon milkshake and it was sweet and not overpowering a very nice lemon flavor. The family that runs the shop is very friendly and nice. “I brought my four kids to Sweet Frog tonight as a special treat since I’ve been working so much and I wanted to do something special for my kids, but almost as soon as we got inside, my four-year-old had a tantrum of epic proportions. Epic proportions! If you know, you know. I quickly paid and rushed us out of there. The cashier was super kind and then as I was loading up the kids, the manager (?) came out to see if I was ok and needed any help. It was such a small kindness, but it meant the world to me. “We came here on a Saturday night and to our surprise there was no one there. I believe customer service starts once you walk in the door. We walked in and even though we werent greeted once we entered the older guy with the beard and glasses was super nice and let us know we can sample anything we wanted. I started looking over the counter and a girl with a pink shirt was just staring at me. I had to say “hi how are you” to break them out their trance it seems. No response just a harder stare and i repeated “hey how are you” and they finally said they were ok. Other than that interaction it was a good experience. We will definitely be back.“

Usually, we enjoy their caramel apples, but on this particular visit, the caramel appeared thick and resembled chocolate instead. They looked like they had set on the shelf for weeks. Although I did not try them, their appearance was not enticing. Additionally, the establishment was not very clean, which made me consider leaving. “This place was such a nice surprise! I’m gluten and dairy intolerant and they had multiple options for me to chose from and they are actually super creamy and delicious! I had a mint chocolate and an espresso chocolate. My friend is a vegetarian and they have bunch of vegan options. She has had gelato often and said this place was rally good. They also gave me samples at the beginning. We are hoping to make it back again soon!“
