Food is always amazing. Our server Jordan left something to be desired. He left out an entire guests foods several times due to wearing ear phones while taking our order to the kitchen. When we walked in we asked the manager who apparently sat us for a booth. She ignored me and sat us at a table. I asked again where she says the entire side of the restaurant was closed. We passed two booths on the open side. We stayed to eat only because the kids were hungry. After mediocre service we watched guest of our server be sat and I immediately asked the hostesses who is also the manager and she became very defensive. She attempted to justify why she sat guests on the side that is closed vs why that is wrong. I explained to her how people request booths due to injury and disability where she continued to argue about why she allowed our servers friends to sit where paying customers can’t. She then says she has no manager above her. And offered no discount on the bill or anything for inconvenience. Food is equally good at the north myrtle beach location. Would travel there instead.
